Maintenance Guidelines

In normal use, we should regularly clean impurities and grease lubrication,otherwise in the case of long-term running, there willbe quite a lot of dust and impurities into screw, rails and bearing internal, resulting big resistance of screw and bearing rotation. There will be lost step dislocation phenomenon if the carvingspeed become a little faster.

Maintenance methods:
1. Select the lubricating substance: a mixture of oil and butter, and not too thick.

2, lubricated part: xyz-axis screw, side rails, rack.
3, lubrication steps: before lubrication,remove the impurities of the screw, screw nut and bearings on the rails . if have some impurities cannot remove ,use gasoline to clean, and then after add lubricating oil ,gradually increase the speed for the machine travelling without work piece,run-in 3 aixs. 

4, lubrication cycle: Depending on the machine’s working environment and working time , usually after work to clean up debrisevery day. Oil every parts monthly, high-speed travelling for lubrication.

5, lubrication methods:X, Y, Z axis: lubrication is simple, relatively easy to clean both sides of the rail rack with oil.

Other maintenance part:
Water pump need to change circulating water regularly,keepingclean and temperature.In order that the parts are broken when the spindle is working with higher temperature or the water pump outlet is blocked.

Vacuum pump need to change circulating water regularly,keeping clean and temperature.We need to check the dust in filter regularly,so that the air suction pipe is clear. To protect the water cooling vacuum pump, please add deicing fluid, or ethylene glycol with purified water(1:10), when the temperature is less 0 degree.
